Frameworthy
Encouraged by an empty wall in a new office and the suggestion of the banner to the right - I invested in a number of the vinyl frames. A good use of the old vinyl in the basement that is barely used - but what to frame? A suitable mix of "good" art and music you are still "proud" of. Only rule - no artist twice.
My selections:
Lloyd Cole - Rattlesnakes
Tom Waits - Swordfishtrombones
Clash - London Calling!!
Costello - Imperial bedroom
Pogues - If I Should Fall From Grace With God (best band photo ever)
Springsteen - BTR
Ian Dury - New Boots and Panties
World Party - Goodbye Jumbo
Talking Heads - Songs about Buildings and Food
Astec Camera - High Land Hard Rain
Prefab Sprout - Swoon
So over to the massive - frameworthy sleeve art.......

This for a start...
Help me.
How the hell do I paste album covers in to my posts?
Have a look...
under 'How do I add an image to my post?' in the FAQ, which has now moved to the bottom of the site page under 'About us'.
Thank You Patrick!!!!!
My life is now complete!!!
All you need now is a bunch of sticks and a beard...
and you'll be well set! I had a similar feeling of triumph when I first managed to upload a picture.... (gets misty-eyed...)
As usual
David Bowie Low
I chose...
... a selection of New Order 12" to adorn my living room walls.
Classic combination of good music & credible art (designed by Peter Saville)
"Put It On - It's Rocksteady!"
Useful thread - I've just moved into a new place and the Vinyl Art frame I got when subscribing several years ago is finally readying itself for action.

I'm searching for this on vinyl - mainly for display purposes. It'll be impossible to notice it and not cheer up:
I first saw it on Eamonn Forde's blog: http://amouthwhatnevercloses.blogspot.com/
I agree with a couple on your list
but I am unable to see an album cover thread without posting this. The daddy of album covers, bar none.
If I had some wall space
If I ever get some frames (and I may if I can get it past the FPO) then a few Sparks albums would be a must, Indescreet, Propaganda, Whomp That Sucker, No1 in Heaven.
I think Can't Hide Your Love Forever by Orange Juice would also be a good one.
I also think I'd be very tempted to use it as an excuse to blow up some CD sleeves that I've never seen LP sized
Blue Note Covers - take your pick
I've had loads of fun with mine
Safe As Milk
Hexbreaker
High Time
Peter Zaremba's Love Delegation
were amongst the early occupants
Hejira
My all time favourite album and album art.
