I stumbled across an almost complete Planxty concert dating from 1976. I know I'm not the only fan of theirs in these parts so I feel like sharing. Hope you enjoy.

than 76 I would have thought. There is a mention of 1972 at the start. Christy was off by 76 (although he came back a few times).

Saw them at University around then.
A few weeks before we'd had Horslips, and then The Bothy Band showed up as well. What a great summer of gigs. Strengthened my taste for the Celtic stuff. Rory was good the same year, too!
