"Father love do you work, do you work for mother..."

doomah's picture

This album was brought to my attention by my father in the early 80's. I find it quite inspiring, and it still sends shivers down my spine. I love it.

I'll Find My Way Home

Is a perennial favourite of mine from J & V.

This is a really beautiful song...

and proves that Jon Anderson does have a rather lovely voice which isn't just adapted to singing cosmic gibberish. Here he sings lovey-dovey gibberish.

bargepole says

jon anderson - superb vocalist but mad as a hatter - refer to rick wakeman's qoute 'he's trying to save the planet while living on a completely different one!'
jon and vangelis work good though - check out their 'best of' cd all you unbelievers, or indeed jon's album 'change we must', one of his better solo outings which contains some material originally destined for his collobotation with vangelis.

Was Looking For State Of Independence

... by Jon Anderson but found this and thought it was rather good.
