Just watched Eddie Izzard - Marathon Man on BBC3, and whilst Eddie never really crossed my radar much comedy-wise, I would urge all you Wordsters to catch up on the iPlayer.
Fantastic feat (feet?), and he seems like a truly nice bloke - Well done Ed.

Watched the first one of these, amazing, foolhardy but inspirational stuff. Especially when he takes a break for a pint and an Ice cream!
If you take a day off between Marathons you need to spend part of your 'rest day' walking about 15 miles otherwise all your muscles will seize up. Who knew?!
I had to put it off
Izzard's always been pretty irritating, 'Mmmm, jam...', but this was off the scale. I admire the feat, but having to listen to him go on and on about himself was unbearable.
