Doctor Who Regenerations

I know there are some who don't like Doctor Who (Mr Ellen and Hepworth to name two) but here's a nice montage of his regenerations so far, for those who do like the show.

Yeah...
...only a fan for the past two years or so but I like it, and generally science fiction isn't my bag. Tom Baker and Jon Pertwee are my favourites.

I don't think anything will ever get Mark and Dave watching it
but I found that very entertaining. It's astonishing how violent the old Hartnell clips seem (that bash on the head!). You'd never get away with that now.

Nice find that. I remember watching some repeats as a kid (mostly Pertwee I think) but only been fully immersed since the re-launch with Ecclestone.
I'd quite like to watch the earlier ones but don't really know where to start. I could neither afford nor house the complete DVDs available at the prices the BBC are charging, so any recommendations?
