Ever had days when a melody suddenly pops into your head and its title eludes you for a few hours until you're slowly driven mad trying to place it? It happened to me the on Tuesday. When I got home that night I had to scamble to the basement to hunt it down in my library. Finally nailed the bastard lurking in the David Bowie section on the Cd "Hunky Dory". The song? "Quicksand". Had not played it for years, tucked away in my subconscious. Crafty bastard with a melody the Old Dame.
