CD cataloguing software

My CD collection is getting out of hand and i'm losing track of what's where. Can anybody in the Parish recommend, for a Mac, anything to catalogue my CDs? Is there one that uses the Itouch as a scanner,reads the barcode and loads it up?

I use it most;y for books, but it does CDs very well. Does a trial download, well worth a try.
