As a bloke who tried the patience of my parents and neighbours as a drum-bashing kid, I find it hard to be too harsh on them. They will have spent *months* preparing for this gig, and it would have loomed on the horizon like it was only thing in the world that mattered, to them or to anyone else, as far as they're concerned. And their friends will adore them for it - those kids at the back cheering will go away wishing *they'd* had the guts to get up there and perform.
So it's in full knowledge of my younger self's musical failings that I say, this is hilariously funny!
No It Isn't

That MUST be the bunch of kids that practice in the garage behind me in summer! Do they do Smoke On The Water as well?

from Stephen Stills' current touring band. Possibly.
I can't wait to hear their version of...
'In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida'.

To quote Rufus from Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure:
"They will get better!"
I did a few things like that when I was still starting out on the guitar at 13 or 14 too, no harm done.
