Another plea for a Spotify invite
Would anyone still have a free invite to Spotify?
And if so would they mind passing one on to a friend of mine please? I'd be very grateful.
The great and good El Hombre Malo helped me out in fine style last time.
This one is for a good friend I visited last week. He was having a terrible time trying to stream the new Mumford and Sons album from his laptop to his kitchen speakers.
'Bloody software isn't working. I wish I had Spotify. I might sign up but I'm not sure if I'd use it that much for the cost'

I have rather a lot going on
in 'meatspace' so a request from someone who hasn't really joined in, apart from asking for an invite, is not too high on my list of things to do.
I hate to come across as your grumpy uncle, I have but one invite left and I really want to make sure it hits the target.

Invite or not?
You don't need an invite, but that just gets you Spotify Free, which only allows 20 hours of streaming a month. If you have an invite you get Spotify Open, which is unlimited streaming.
I also have invites if required...PM me with email addresses...

But is he really though? I think he's been cruelly misinformed. How would a dog really react to find himself with a dupicate todger? Confusion and upset would result surely? It would be most distressing and ultimately the animal would have to be destroyed.

It's possible that the people asking for invites are regulars too... regular lurkers! Which is surely also fine?
Not everyone wants to contribute on the board, but might make an exception (and create an account specifically) when it comes to asking for a Spotify invite.
Having said all that, of course, reporting back with thanks would be polite, and it would be fabulous if these newbies wanted to contribute to other threads...
