Advice needed from the coffee lovers....
Posted by stumpy on 3 January 2011 - 12:07am.
I use a hand grinder and supermarket bought coffee beans for my stovetop pot.
I feel it's time my relationship with caffeine moved up to the next level.
It's time I look for quality to go with the quantity.
Can anyone recommend a good coffee roaster to buy from, preferably via mail order?
Thanks.

I go for their standard espresso beans
sadly (especially for you given the name!) not sure they do mail order yet maybe a LDN contact can send supplies.

This place is great
Realcoffee.co.uk - freshly roasted coffee delivered to your door - from the Roast and Post Coffee Company
Sorry for the crappy link but I haven't got that sorted on the iPod Touch yet.
Here's a better link...
...to this excellent site. I use their espresso trial packs as they fit well with my consumption pattern. They roast and send, using overnight delivery.

Both good:

neither cheap.
The Algerian Coffee Store
In Soho's swinging Old Compton Street is the answer to your prayers. And yes, they deliver.
I'd like to hope that at some point

Cuban Turquino Lavado particularly recommended...
