of the new Decemberists opus.
I assume you are referring to the tag line in the ad for the album - "greatest record ever made" attributed to The Word?
Quick trawl through the last few issues confirm the lack of review, but whilst catching up with the Pet Shop Boys issue (I'm usually a month behind) saw the quote attributed to Mark Ellen in the bit introducing the cover CD.
