This has been knocking around with me for ages now. Anyone else still got one?

"A Whiter Shade Of Pale" is ,apparently THE most publically played "record" of "all time" (so far,i 'spose).
The thing i always remember about this track,is the revelation,on some docu' or whatever,that the band's drummer couldnt manage the "jazzy" beat,and it was played by a "session man".
As a one-time "pop" drummer,i always have a laugh to myself.
It's just a slow,basic 4-4 pattern,and,to get that "jazzy" affect,i would say that, all you have to really DO is:
Start each "hand to hand" "fill" with,"the other hand"! Simple as that! Tell me if i'm wrong Billy Bob.
