Is the Beatles on Itunes picture on the new front cover an advert?

Just really interested as I'm not sure I've ever seen an advert for a product featured in this way before.

This is a bit of a long shot as I have already tried all other avenues. I'm working on a World Cup football compilation and can't find from anywhere who is the current owner of the England 1982 football song (see clip)

It was written and produced by Chris Norman and Pete Spencer for Crispy Productions Limited and released on the England Football Label at the time.

Any contact info or help from the massive would be greatly appreciated. I wouldn't normally put anything directly work related on here so big apologies in advance but these are the ramblings of a desperate man.

There is s new compilation at number 1 in the midweek charts with all proceeds going to the Haiti earthquake appeal.

Whilst I condone the efforts of the artists and label involved to get this out quickly (easier in a modern digital world I guess), is there a more inappropriate song on it than John Legend's version of Motherless Child?

I'm not asking for a list of more inappropriate songs, I'm just shocked.
