David Wright's "Most Treasured" blog entry reminded me that I used to be a big collector of singles (how could I forget? you ask - well it was a long time ago and they're all in storage in the loft)
I did have a habit of trying to get every available format (7", 12", pic disk etc) of a favourite single.
Consequently I am the proud owner of Wonderland by Big Country on:
7" single
7" gatefold single
7" picture disk
7" import (had a different b side I think)
12" single
12" gatefold single
12" picture disk
12" clear vinyl

Did anyone else share in this kind of madness?

This show was mentioned on a previous string - are blogs made of string? - and the few episodes that I've seen were fantastic. I even watched the Dark Side of the Moon one, and I've never understood the charms of The Floyd.
